Course Description

In many ancient languages like Greek (pneuma) , Latin (spiritus), Hebrew (ruach), and yoga’s own Sanskrit (prana) the word for breath is the same word used for spirit. English split them apart and took the Greek pneuma (like pneumonia) for breath and the Latin spiritus for spirt.

The yogis believe that the breath and the spirit are attached. They come into the body together at birth and they leave together at death. Regardless of the mystism, we will take a scientific look at what the breathing techniques research shows. You will be amazed and you will learn how to build your own practice.

Join us and find out about the latest studies and how to do these techniques to improve your health. Easy reading and lots of breath practice in this course.
