Orthopedics

1.  Discover how to cue and create circumferential joint balance

2.  Effective yoga exercise in decreasing chronic pain syndromes

3.  Improve outcomes by simultaneously strengthening, stretching and balancing with functional yoga exercises

4.  Learn new yoga exercises for shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, knee, hip, forward head and SI instability.

5. Understand 15 non-spinal flexion abdominal exercise to improve balance, spinal stability and limb power.

 

Geriatrics

1.  Discover how to improve Parkinson’s/Alzheimer/Forward Head postures and increase walking balance exponentially

2.  Effective yoga exercise in decreasing pain syndromes like arthritis

3.  Improve yogic breathing and yoga exercise strategies for COPD and lung diseased patients

4.  Learn new yoga exercises for osteoporosis, chair bound and bed ridden populations.

5. Understand and implement treatments for Pelvic Floor diagnoses: urgency/frequency/incontinence/constipation

 

Psychological dx

1.  Discover how to cue and apply yoga to chronic pain and fibromyalgia populations

2.  Effective yoga exercise in decreasing mood disorders, stress, cancer and depression diagnoses.

3.  Improve outcomes by simultaneously strengthening, stretching and balancing with functional yoga exercises

4.  Learn how to apply yoga exercise to people who are over weight, have addictions and chronic pain/fibromyalgia.

5. Understand 15 non-spinal flexion abdominal exercise to improve balance, spinal stability and limb power.

 

Sports

1.  Discover how to cue and apply yoga to pediatrics and pregnancy populations

2.  Effective yoga exercise in increasing sports performance

3.  Improve outcomes by simultaneously strengthening, stretching and balancing with functional yoga exercises

4.  Learn how to apply yoga exercise to people who have body awareness and are high level exercisers

5. Understand 15 non-spinal flexion abdominal exercise to improve balance, spinal stability and limb power.

 

Neuro dx

1.  Discover how to cue and apple yoga to paraplegia, TBI (concussions) and stroke

2.  Effective yoga exercise in decreasing spinal pain syndromes and sacro-iliac instability

3.  Improve outcomes by simultaneously strengthening, stretching and balancing with functional yoga exercises

4.  Learn how to apply yoga exercise to scoliosis diagnoses

5. Understand 15 non-spinal flexion abdominal exercise to improve balance, spinal stability and limb power.

Only Tuition costs are booked with Firm Water Road

Each person is responsible for their own airfare, food, incidentals, and hotel  accommodations. We can make recommendations. You are welcome to bring your family/friends to have fun with you in Hawaii. You will be free all afternoon/evening. Kim usually plans activities in the afternoon that you can join or you can choose to do something else.
