Course Description

There are so many different styles of meditation. We are going to study and practice them all. You will have first hand knowledge about where a style comes from, what it is used for, who uses it, and what the latest research has to say about it. You will also learn restorative yoga which is also a type of meditation.

If you were confused about meditation in the past, that will be resolved. At the end of this course you will be an expert on meditation. Join us for a thorough and enjoyable exploration through the styles and practices of meditation.
