Being alive requires a plethora of types of social interactions. Applying the arts of courtesy and hospitality are critical coping and adapting skills that go undervalued in the mandatory curriculum of our education systems. As a result, many of us interact with one another poorly causing misunderstandings and ill will. We rarely grasp the true essence of becoming an authentically courteous and hospitable person, frankly, because we don’t know what that looks like. A fraction of our population studies hospitality profusely and excels at courtesy: the five star hotel/spa industry. In this course, you will learn directly from these masters of the hospitality industry and truly understand the graciousness that lines their motivations. You will learn the elements needed to become proficient in the outward skills of courtesy and hospitality.
