According to Harvard University Medical School, the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine are:
-
Physical Activity
-
Health Centered Nutrition
-
Restorative Sleep
-
Social Connections
-
Avoidance of Risky Substances
-
Stress Management
With Dr. Kim’s two treatments, together, we take control of
all six pillars directly and indirectly for mental and
physical health.

This 55min. treatment repairs the strength, flexibility, and balance of your physical body, reducing pain and improving function. Western PT knows how to target specific issues and Eastern movement styles contain fast and powerful solutions.

Besides being powerful contributors to strength, flexibility, and balance the following three wisdom arts chosen have individual strength and each need to be performed daily.

-
Pilates: core strength, spine support with strong mind to body unification practice.
-
Yoga: mind, body, spirit unification practice with strength, flexibility, and balance.
-
Tai Chi: heavy in balance and joint motion improvements, it challenges the mind by requiring mind control and present moment work throughout.
